DomainDataset provides searchable and downloadable domain name datasets, including active domain datasets, newly registered domain datasets, recently removed domain datasets, and related dataset releases.

The service is provided as a digital data product. Dataset availability, coverage, file formats, release timing, and features may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You may not share account access in a way that bypasses access controls, download limits, or purchase requirements.

Paid datasets, if offered, are delivered digitally through account-based download access. Access may be granted after a successful payment and may be tied to a product, dataset type, release, TLD, or other entitlement shown during purchase.

Payment confirmation pages, account pages, download pages, and purchase records may be used to determine whether access has been granted.

All purchases are final. Because DomainDataset provides digital products and grants download access after purchase, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This refund policy applies to voluntary refunds requested from DomainDataset and does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

When you receive access to a dataset, DomainDataset grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that dataset for lawful internal research, monitoring, analysis, and development purposes.

Datasets are licensed, not sold. DomainDataset and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

You may use datasets for lawful security research, SEO research, market monitoring, domain analysis, application development, internal analytics, and related business or technical workflows.

You may not use DomainDataset for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, harassment, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, unlawful activity, or attempts to disrupt networks, services, or accounts.

You may not bypass access controls, scrape restricted areas, overload the service, interfere with service operation, or use automated activity in a way that harms availability for other users.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly publish, redistribute, mirror, or repackage DomainDataset datasets as standalone files, bulk databases, downloadable products, or substantially similar data products without written permission.

You may not remove notices, conceal the source of datasets, or transfer account-based download access to another person or organization.

Domain datasets may contain errors, omissions, outdated entries, duplicate entries, or delays. DomainDataset does not guarantee that datasets are complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You are responsible for validating whether a dataset is suitable for your use case before relying on it.

DomainDataset may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is involved in abuse, fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized redistribution, security risk, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DomainDataset is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of DomainDataset after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
